All enrollees will be required to sign the following agreement.

STUDENT ENROLLMENT AND ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT 

The enrollee requests enrollment in the Heartland Home Inspection Training course and agrees to pay the entire fee prior to the start of the class or on the first day of the class.  Payment of a deposit of $100.00  is required before any training material is sent from the school to the student.  The deposit is non-refundable.  The $100.00 will be applied toward the total enrollment fee.

The above named further agrees to hold harmless together Heartland Home Inspection Training Inc. and all Instructors, and any and all special guest speakers.  All practice inspections are at the enrollees risk.  No injury insurance is provided.

The above named agrees also that there are no promises included in the action of taking this seminar as to accuracy or completeness of the courses content nor the degree of competence attainable from this seminar.

The above named further understands that by taking this seminar alone is no warranty or guarantee of any type of passage of any general or specific test for entrance or furtherance in any organization, national or local.

The above named accepts the printed materials and books as a part of the seminar and agrees to not reproduce any portion of any materials without express written permission of the author.

Heartland Home Inspection Training reserves to right to cancel any scheduled seminar and refund all money paid for enrollment in that seminar.
