DON OSBORNE is the owner and Director of Heartland Home Inspection Training and has been training home inspectors since 1999, which is longer than anyone in the state of Indiana!  He has taught for Ivy Tech and Masters Inspection Institute in which he was half owner from 2004 to 2005.  He is also owner of a home inspection company, Osborne Property Inspection, and has been inspecting homes since 1994.  He is a past Education Committee Chairman of the Indiana Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors.  He is a Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors and is a founding member of the Indiana Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors.He is currently  President of the Central Indiana Inspection Group.   Don is also a Certified H.U.D. 203k Consultant, working with H.U.D. rehab loans.

BECKY OSBORNE is Heartland Home Inspection Training's Financial Officer and Registrar and teaches many subjects in all Inspector courses.  She has been a home inspector with Don Osborne since 2001.

ORAN TAYLOR is a guest lecturer who teaches Radon and Lead issues.  Oran is an experienced Home Inspector and owner of Mark Oliver & Associates.  He is also Secretary/Treasurer of Central Indiana Inspection Group.

JIM MIER is a guest lecturer who teaches Marketing and the Homeguage reporting software.  Jim is a marketing professional having a number of years of experience and a wealth of marketing advice in his presentations. He also presents a 12 week marketing plan for new Home Inspectors.
