FAST TRACK INSPECTOR 64 HOUR COURSE
This is an eight day course. Seven days in classroom training and one day in field inspection of two separate houses. This course consists only of what to inspect, how to inspect it and how to report it. No basic construction methods are covered. This is an intensive course and it meets State Pre-Licensing requirements. Call Don Osborne for Tuition cost information.
EVENING 64 HOUR COURSE
This course is the same as the 64 hour day course described above but is held four hours on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for eight weeks. One Saturday is needed for the two practice inspections. Call Don Osborne for Tuition cost information.
ADDITIONAL TRAINING
Additional training is available in four hour blocks either during the day or evening time slots. This training will be custom designed to cover those subjects that the student is in need of. Cost is $95.00 per each 4 hour session.
RADON MEASUREMENT COURSE
This course is for those interested in obtaining the NEHA, Indiana State Health Department Radon license. Course fee is $375 for the course and $100 for the NEHA test.
